Clark has been a real mensch. I had previously mentioned I might have a sale transaction for him in Palm Desert, which I ended up not controlling. When I asked him for a referral for the sale of my deceased Aunt's condo that was at most 1/3 the value of what I had originally mentioned to him, he insisted on taking it on. He did an excellent job, including exhibiting the patience of Jobe as he had to deal with a seller with the combined negative characteristics of being a non-real estate lawyer and never having time to be responsive. He got us a great price, consistently exhibited his excellent skills and market knowledge, worked through his out-of-the-country vacation, and always kept a professional and more than courteous demeanor.

Coming from Canada, what an experience trying to buy a house in the desert but Clark made our real estate research enjoyable by providing listing with all the requirements wanted. We were so fortunate to meet Clark at an open house last winter. While visiting with him and looking at homes we realized that Clark was the agent for us . We are out of state buyers and during the "looking process" and during closing, he was there every step of the way, taking care of things more like a family member than a realtor. Clark also has an awesome website that lists community and resource information that we have relied on and still do. That is invaluable. I agree with an earlier review that Clark is one of the most ethical agents I have met and that means alot to us. We totally trust him and as a bonus feel we have found a new friend!

Clark was amazing to work with in buying our Palm Desert Condo. He has knowledge of the area and market. Clark listened and paid attention to our likes and dislikes.
